Moratorium: Tropical Storm Milton

Effective immediately, no cancellation or nonrenewals are applicable to the affected counties listed below for Milton from 10/8/24 to 12/10/24.  Please note, for these Milton counties, the requirement is to rescind any cancellations issued 10 days prior to 10/8/24 as well.

Affected Counties:  Brevard, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, DeSoto, Duval, Flagler, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Martin, Nassau, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, and Volusia

Previously stated requirements still apply.

Effective immediately, the moratorium has been lifted for non-contractor classes in Georgia.

Effective immediately, a binding moratorium is in place for the entire state of Florida and the following counties in Georgia. 

Affected Georgia counties: Echols, Clinch, Ware, Charlton, Pierce, Brantley, Camden, Wayne, Glynn, McIntosh, Long, Liberty, Bryan, Chatham, Effingham

All requests to change the Attune BOP (Accredited) coverage (adding new business, any increase in limits or addition of new locations on existing business, or any changes in existing coverage and deductibles) in the above states are under a binding moratorium until further notice. New business contractors will be subject to an additional waiting period after the moratorium. This will not apply to renewal accounts within this segment.

NOTE: The moratorium for FL remains in effect, the only change is we will be declining any updates to review/manually increase limits as of today.
