Effective immediately, this moratorium is updated as follows.

Louisiana contractors can be reviewed for limit changes once again. However, the new business BOP moratorium continues.

Effective immediately, this moratorium is updated as follows.

Louisiana contractors can be reviewed for limit changes once again. However, the new business BOP moratorium continues.

Effective immediately, this moratorium is updated as follows.

The moratorium is lifted for all counties within the state of Texas

The moratorium continues in the state of Louisiana for contractors only. We are free to review policy changes for all classes other than contractors at this time. NOTE: The 2022 New Business BOP moratorium continues for all new business in Louisiana. 

The moratorium has been lifted in counties in Alabama for all other classes other than Contractors. An updated moratorium has been implemented statewide for Contractors only. No new business and no increased limits for contractors until further notice.

The moratorium has been lifted in counties in Mississippi for all other classes other than Contractors. An updated moratorium has been implemented statewide for Contractors only. No new business and no increased limits for contractors until further notice.

The following counties in the state of Mississippi: Amite, Copiah, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, George, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Hinds, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion, Newton, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Rankin, Scott, Simpson, Smith, Stone, Walthall, Wayne, Wilkinson

The following counties in the state of Alabama: Mobile, Baldwin

Effective immediately, a binding moratorium is in place for the entire state of Louisiana and the following counties within the state of Texas  due to Tropical Storm Francine until after the event. 

The following counties in the state of Texas: Galveston, Chambers, Jefferson, Orange, Liberty, Hardin, Jasper, Newton

All requests to change the Attune BOP (Accredited) coverage (adding new business, any increase in limits or addition of new locations on existing business, or any changes in existing coverage and deductibles) in the above counties are under a binding moratorium until further notice. New business contractors will be subject to an additional waiting period after the moratorium. This will not apply to renewal accounts within this segment.
