Moratorium: Hurricane Helene

Florida has extended their binding moratorium, from 11/26 to 12/10.

Previously stated requirements still apply.

10/16

Effective immediately, the moratorium has been lifted for non-contractor classes in the following states:

Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, and North Carolina*

*In North Carolina counties Yancey and Mitchell (28714, 28740, 28754, 28777, 28705, 28740, 28749, 28777), the moratorium remains for all classes, including non-contractors. 

The contractor moratorium continues statewide in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Effective immediately, the moratorium has been lifted for non-contractor classes in the following counties: 

Alabama counties: Barbour, Bullock, Chambers, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Lee, Macon, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Tallapoosa

Tennessee counties: Carter, Polk

The contractor moratorium continues statewide in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Effective immediately, this binding moratorium is expanded to contractor classes statewide for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee.

Effective immediately, this binding moratorium is expanded to include the following counties in Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Alabama counties: Barbour, Bullock, Chambers, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Lee, Macon, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Tallapoosa

South Carolina counties: Abbeville, Aiken, Anderson, Cherokee, Chester, Edgefield, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Saluda, Spartanburg, Union, York

North Carolina counties: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cherokee, Clay, Cleveland, Gaston, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Iredell, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Surry, Swain, Transylvania, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, Yancey

Tennessee counties: Carter, Polk

Effective immediately, this binding moratorium is expanded to include the entire state of Georgia.

Effective immediately, a binding moratorium is in place for the entire state of Florida. 

All requests to change the Attune BOP (Accredited) coverage (adding new business, any increase in limits or addition of new locations on existing business, or any changes in existing coverage and deductibles) in the above states are under a binding moratorium until further notice. New business contractors will be subject to an additional waiting period after the moratorium. This will not apply to renewal accounts within this segment.
