From July 2022 onwards you'll be able to transfer policy data in minutes, making your day to day operations easier and much more efficient. What is Ivans Download?
- Ivans Download allows you, Attune’s users to download all policies written via Attune directly to your Agency Management System (AMSs).
- This feature enables the electronic transmission of insurance transactions in ACORD-compliant formats from partnering carriers to an AMS.
- Ivans will transmit all post-bind policy, endorsement, and renewal meta-data and PDF files.
- In this iteration we wouldn't be able to download commission statements.
In short, Ivans Download automates data transmission from Attune’s carrier partner (ex. Accredited) to your Agency Management System and eliminate the need to do it manually.
Why are we launching this feature?
- We listen to you, our brokers. This was one of the most requested features, and we work to make your workflow easier.
- Our goal is to provide you with the best Attune experience and make insurance as easy as it should be.
How does it benefit you?
By automating policy-related information and document exchange directly into your agency’s systems we eliminate the need for you to re-enter policy information which would:

What exactly is the ‘Y-code’ that we are asking from you?
- It is every registered agency’s unique code with Ivans.
- In order to pass Ivans Download files to our users, we’re required to match your agency’s producer code to its Ivans Y-Account for each policy issued.
